This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sculptherbyjosie.com, fill out one of our forms, book a call, become a coaching client, or get texts or emails from us. It also explains how we use that information and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

SculptHer By Josie is an online 1-on-1 fitness and nutrition coaching business for women, run by coach Josie Warrick.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

• Your name, email address, phone number and, if a form asks for it, your mailing address.
• Answers you give in our coaching application, new-client intake, health history and waiver, weekly check-in, challenge sign-up and offboarding forms. These can include your goals, training experience, body measurements, eating habits, injuries or medical conditions, emergency contact and signature.
• Booking details when you schedule a call.
• Payment details when you buy coaching. Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by text, email, Instagram or phone.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic device and usage data (browser type, pages visited, time on page) through cookies and similar tools on our website and booking pages.
• Whether you open our emails or click links in them.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your application and schedule your strategy call.
• To deliver your coaching: build your plan, review your check-ins and contact you about your program.
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding steps and check-in reminders.
• To send offers, challenge invitations and updates, only if you agreed to get them.
• To take payments and keep business records.
• To keep our services safe and improve them.
• To meet legal obligations.

Health and fitness details you share are used only to coach you. They are never used for advertising.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you tick a text-message box on one of our forms, you agree to get texts from SculptHer By Josie at the number you gave us. There are two separate, optional boxes: one for non-marketing texts (your application, appointments, onboarding and weekly check-ins) and one for marketing texts (offers, challenges and new programs). You do not have to tick either box to submit a form or to buy coaching.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We only share it:

• With service providers who help us run the business, for example our CRM and booking system (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our coaching app (Everfit), our payment processor (Stripe), our email and text-message delivery providers, and our web host. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our clients, us or others.
• If the business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy still applies to your information.

Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing (see section 4).

6. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable time afterwards for business, tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8), and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. How we protect it

We use reputable service providers with security controls and limit access to the people who need it. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP.
• Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
• See, correct or delete your information: email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Texas or Nevada), you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, such as the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it. We honor those requests. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to other sites (for example Instagram, Everfit or YouTube). Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Big changes will be posted on this page.
